I'm cleaning out my closet and have this very cute summer dress, can be worn on or off the shoulders, it's 29 in long and has very cute wooden buttons for looks, has a tie that can be tied in the front or back. It looks very cute with ankle boots and it's a very dark navy and white stripe, in EUC. All my items come from a clean smoke free home. Thanks so much for looking! 😊
