Cute skirt

Elastic waistband for extra stretch, super cute scale like effect in gold and black, as seen in closeup picture. Pictures don't really do it justice - it is much more warm looking and striking in person. I just never found myself having a reason to go all out and wear it. Awesome party piece or for holiday photos!
