This top is brand new, never worn retro print with flutter sleeve top. It has like a flower pattern? Throughout. Lightweight and perfect for summer or fall. Very versatile top. Bought this and never used it but had already ripped out the tags. Excellent condition. Top says size XS but can fit up to a medium.
