Cute polka dot dress

I LE New York. Navy blue with orange dots. Chiffon overlay. Cutout details at neckline. Matching tie belt, hidden zipper in back. Really a cute dress. One known flaw but it’s minor. There is a snag line on the top right shoulder in back. Barely noticeable. See photo. Size 10.
