Cute pleated black skirt, Size S

Super cute pleated black skirt! Like new. Fabric is probably a ploy blend, (info not in English) some uncut strings but not noticeable, no pilling and well made despite the uncut strings. Meant to be worn high waisted and falls at fingertip length for me. Fits 24in waist.
