Cute parrot bird dress by Sugarhill Boutique in XS

This dress is adorable, with a colorful pattern of parrots flying and perching all over the dark blue base. Very good used condition - no flaws, just some normal wear. Just needs a steam so the wrinkles fall out! The bustline measures 16 inches across, the waistline is 13 inches, and the length from shoulder to hem is 32.5 inches.
