Cute off the should navy striped top

Perfect shirt for the fall and winter to dress up any outfit. Can be transitioned to summer too. Has cute ties at end of sleeve. Nice cut at bottom making legs look long. Never worn just tag ripped off. The shirts stripes are a bit darker in person but same thing. Not Madewell.
