Cute little summer dress with adjustable straps

Light summer dress with elastic in the waist, ruffle trim and adjustable straps. Threads from the tag show on the back (see photo) but excellent condition. Worn once and decided it’s too short for me. Approximately 34” in length from the shoulder. 16” across chest laying flat. Color is navy blue and white.
