Cute little summer dress

Cutest little dress this I purchased from a boutique. Has never been tried on. It says its a large but by looking at it, I believe its a medium. I just know that I could not fit in it. It has the cutest detail on the bottom of dress. Looks very cool to wear and would be the cutest for pictures.
