Cute little color block dress

Good condition. Blue and black color block dress; fully lined. Black stripe hit around hip and is very flattering as it adds to a more defined waist. Size is a large, but runs smaller (truer to an 8/10). Some wearing; normal. No snags in fabric; a little pulling. A little short, but still classy enough for work! Great with a flat or heel!
