NWT, Cute leather like mini skirt with pockets. I bought it for my Halloween costume but then I found one that was exactly what I was looking for. Has tags but not the price, I was going to re-gift but didn't. Skirt is a size large but is more like a medium on me. I like that it has pockets to put in your money and cards and not worry about taking a purse.
