Cute holiday dress size 5 runs small and short

Super cute dress I bought at Macy’s in the juniors department for my company Christmas party. I only wore it once to that event. Its in excellent like new condition. It has a cute cut out in the back. It’s a size 5 but is a very small 5. So I would say it’s more like a 3. It is very pretty though and looks great on.
