Cute floral dress with elastic waist

Cute short (to the knee) dress. Perfect for throwing over a bathing suit wearing to the store or anywhere. I added pockets to it, so it’s great for having a place to store your phone or lipstick. This comes from a no pet no smoking home. There is a spot or one of the red florals kind of blood into the off-white fabric when I washed in cold water. But because of the pattern it’s not noticeable.
