Cute flare sleeve dress

stretchy and comfortable, pull on dress. elastic holds the shoulders in place, or wear off the shoulders for a sultry look. the fabric is poly, cold wash. just about knee length. note!!! it says Medium, but it fits my daughter who is a size 4, definitely runs small. she wore it once for an event. it is on a size 6 mannequin in the photos, for reference.
