Cute fit and flare style dress

Gray and black fit and flare style dress. Falls above the knee. Bought in a small boutique in CA. I absolutely love this dress, have a lot like it and am ready to part. Has an elastic waistband. Could fit a small or medium. The only bad thing about this dress is that the top material is very casual, almost sheer like so the top has always been a bit larger especially when it comes to the straps. I have always pinned them to make them shorter (since I have no sewing skills).
