Cute cowl neck dress w/ dot pattern and sleeves

Hard to tell from the photos but it has a really cute shape! Slight cowl neck and puff sleeves. Comes with connected slip (see photos for color) and matching belt. Length from shoulder to hem is 32", should fall just above knee. Worn once!
