Cute cocktail dress! Papillonblanc.

Super cute almost retro dress. Stretch waist which will give a nice look of form fitting, but you’ll be able to breathe. There’s not a definitive area for the waist, so I guessed where it would be. It’s aprox 28 inches to the hem. Laying flat at the waist is aprox 14 inches across. Beautiful black flowers are at the bottom part of the dress. It has a tie closure in the back with a key hole look. Bottom part of the dress has a shimmering look. Made in Canada.
