Cute black & white floral vintage inspired dress

This is a Candie's size Small black and white dress. The front hem hits under the knee, and the back hem hits mid-calf - so its asymmetrical. The top has a deep-V with flirty ruffle cap sleeves, and a black front gathered detail at the bust. Really adorable with a pair of pumps! I love the large black and white rose/floral pattern!
