Cute black ruffles dress

The five layers of ruffled at the bottom really make this dress 😍 Skinny straps Size is XS but straps (though adjustable) are stretched out and it is on the longer side for a short dress. I think this would beautifully bit on someone seeking S or M just as well. Minor pilling / show of wear
