Cute black and white top!

This black and white sleeveless piece could be worn as a dress(for shorter people) or top(for taller people-like myself) I paired it with white skinny jeans and it was perfect!! It comes to up to the neck in the front and back. The back has a small opening. Only worn a time or two.
