Cute black and white polka dot dress!

Purchased this dress from Macy's (juniors Dept) and can't read the brand. Has a double V and wide elastic waistband. The fabric is a little sheer so you would have to wear a slip. I wore short black shorts under and couldn't tell. Received many compliments when I would wear it. Paired with a coral cardigan. No flaws and in EUC
