Cute asym layered look distressed red woodland fairy short dress or tunic

This would make a cute woodland fairy costume. It has a cowl neck, layered look with asym hem. Stretchy and comfy. Gently worn but supposed to look that way! No tag. There was a tie on the side but one part is missing so i just wore it with the tie hanging. See pics.
