Cute as a button twins with stroller collectibles

Rare, discontinued. These are collectible baby dolls. They're twins, baby girl in a pink outfit with beanie hat and a baby boy in a blue outfit with beanie hat. Both are in New condition, only displayed, never played with. They're made by "cute as a button babies fine dolls"... Both have soft, plush bodies with soft, life like to the touch heads, arms and legs . Stroller works and was also displayed, never played with. These come with no original box or papers. I'm unable to find the papers
