Cute Vintage Prarie Blouse has checkered maroon & blue design. High ruffled neckline & ruffled detail that is rounded across chest & all through the back. End of sleeves have Same ruffled cuffed design. dainty glossy front buttons with pleated rows of fabric on each side. Tag says size 8 but is a XS/S. Approx measurements taken lying flat 18 1/2" from underarm across & 23" in length. Sleeves are also 23" in length. Looks cute tucked into high waisted pants! In great vintage condition
