Cute Vintage "Let's Pretend" Elmo in Overalls

He's so ADORABLE in blue denim rolled up overalls, a green & white T-shirt & colorful sneakers! His arms & legs move. He is in excellent,clean & like new condition, but he has stopped talking. 😪 A person with some electrical knowledge could probably fix that(I tried replacing the batteries). A very cute & collectible doll, made in 1999. Non smoking home.
