Cute Vintage Bar Pin/Brooch with 3 rows of Diamon-Like Stones

3 rows of 14 diamond-like center gems (Which I think are CZ but I am NOT an expert) and 30 small Diamond-like gems. Five smaller gems are missing but not very noticeable. No markings that I’ve seen. There is a bit of oxidation on the back and on the pin. A magnet does not stick to it. Very old pin with C clasp.
