Cute Statement Collar Sundress

This item is thrifted and has some discoloration shown in the images. The tag says size 5 though I included the measurements in the pics as well. It sorta has a wrap dress front. It’s super cute but could use a good ironing. I thrifted this wanting to dye it to cover the discoloration but never got around to it. I’m a size small- medium and this fits me great.
