mrsgeil @coastiejodie Not at all they are new without tags so no stretch yet and it's not old and rotten elastic either. Please see additional pics to follow.

mrsgeil I'm sorry I confused these with something else. They are in good used condition with so much life left in them. The elastic is NOT stretched out and the soles are perfect see more pics soon.
