Cute Ruffled Dress with Plunging Neckline - Read ALL Info.

This is a 'New with Tag' dress with adorable ruffled, low plunging neckline. It is a "Wrap" style dress so even though this is labelled as an XL, it will fit as a medium or large as well since you can adjust the wrap tie as needed. In fact, I think it would look better with someone that has a medium frame (ie ~ size 10) If the low plunge neckline is a bit 'much' for you, it would be cute with a white camisole or tube top. I did remove the tag to wash it, as there was a spot that got dirty and needed to be cleaned. 100% washable cotton.
