Cute Ruffled Crop Top

This is such a fun & unique top! It is cropped with cute ruffles on the sleeves and a fun cut out on the bottom. This top was purchased from Kohl’s. Worn 1-2 times. Size small, fits like a small/medium. It can be worn off of the shoulders or on the shoulders. There is an adjustable portion that can make it tighter/looser.
