Cute Romper sz 4, tie waist & flutter sleeves

Super cute navy romper with fabric covered buttons up the front and a drawstring tie waist. Originally romper is a cold shoulder style which I never liked, so sleeves have been fixed to be a flutter sleeve! Much cuter!! Approx measurements Pit to pit: 18” Waist: 15” Shoulder to hem: 32”. Inseam: 3.5”
