@yomamafine hi there! So laying flat, it’s about 13 in across at the top of the black waistband (but there is plenty of stretch) and at the bottom of the black waistband, it’s about 14 in across. The very bottom of the skirt is about 20 in across. And it’s about 14 in from top to bottom in the front and 14.5 in from top to bottom in the back measuring at the midpoint of the skirt while laying flat.
