Cute Off-the-Shoulder Mini Dress - Never Worn!

Bought this dress and loved it but unfortunately, it is a bit too big for me in the bust area so I never got the chance to wear it. It is a perfect summer mini dress with lace detailing in red with an inner cream lining. Great for summer parties and weddings. There is padding in the chest part so can easily be worn without a bra! Falls a couple of inches above the knee.
