Cute Dressy Top

This New York & Company dress is cute and comfortable but dressy enough to wear to work. Would be great with a pair of black dress pants, but it's also fun enough to wear with shorts. It has a sweet ruffle detail. The color looks hot pink in some light and red in others -- kind of unusual but very pretty! Good condition.
