How long is this? How wide at band?

@pearlgirl3178 approx 11.5 inches across the band laying flat. If pulled and stretched- it can stretch up to approx 19 inches across laying flat. The length is hard to determine since it’s a halter top- and you tie it accordingly based on your chest level etc. I measured approx close to 23 inches from the center of the chest down. I’m 5”2 for reference and it’s goes mid thigh on me. Very short dress- but it’s lovely for beach going or just on hot days! I hope this helps!
