Cute Boutique Cotton Summer Dress

Flouncy but super cool cotton midi dress with a modern floral pattern and under skirt for some oomph. Wore this to a wedding and it was a hit. Very flattering, feminine and fun. V neck and V backed. I wish it still fit! 17” chest. Shoulder to hem is 39”. Waist is 14”. Side zipper. White with grey, pink and mustard yellow accents/floral design. Great condition. Worn twice. Bought in a boutique in SF.
