Cute Betsy & Nabs Mini Skirt, Size 16 Juniors

I believe the print is a pink lily ❤ Has a bow on the front AND accent jewels on some of the flowers! It's very subtle and cute! Measurements taken while flat. Waist is 13.25" Length is 20.5" Side zipper. Lined. I just noticed...the hem was removed, so it needs to really be hemmed. I happen to be out of fabric tape so I'll adjust the price. Just want you to know, it's not damaged. Just needs a hem.
