Bandana/Floral Print Skirt

Like new size small I 🖤 H81 skirt. Daughter never wore it but it may have been washed after purchase. If so, would have been cold water on delicate and hung to dry. Very soft. Blue with a paisley bandana print on parts of it and coral-pink roses. Has a pocket on each side of front. Waistband is 14” across when not stretched. Not sure if meant to be juniors or women’s sizing, but seems to run big for a small if juniors. No defects.
