Cute 3T tshirt dress with cotton skirt

Handmade, 100% cotton, dress. The bodice is made from an white short-sleeve tshirt which has been cut off. I added a gathered skirt that is made of lime green marbled fabric and attached a band of contrasting black and white newspaper print fabric. There are fishbowl appliques at the bottom of the skirt in various fabrics. Quote "Let your hook be always cast. In the pond where you least expect it, there will be a fish.
