Cut loose pale pink small tank dress striped material button up

This dress is in awesome condition. It’s missing the two buttons at the bottom which must’ve been a problem because it looks like they were pulled off. The under arm two under arm is 19 inches across the front and right around the hips. It’s about 21 1/2 inches. The length is 47 inches.
