Custom "native" diagonal flared full length skirt - waist 28-34"

Rock the runway or sheer elegance with lace top at an evening event. This unique diagonal cut custom skirt billows and flows wherever you strut your boots. Matte finish polyester for easy care. 40" length and approximate 100" sweep hem. Waist is finished at 28" but easily expanded to 34-34" with replacement elastic. (Happy to supply 1 yard of elastic w/garment if needed.) **I have taken a look at this garment and found nothing that would deem it unusable--however, I am not guaranteeing perfection and there may be some small detail I missed. This does not mean it is undisclosed--it means that the garment has been hanging in a closet or folded in a container and is totally usable.
