Ordered several custom measured skirts from a NGO, scarves to skirts, as Christmas presents. Didn't end up giving them all as gifts so selling the 2 extras. All procceds from these skirts will be used for food pantry supplies. Waist 13in, 23 in long, fully lined. If my sizes don't fit but u are interested in a skirt I've included a picture of their Facebook site.
