Custom made silk 2pc fro Hong Kong vintage size 6?

This vintage suit needs some tlc for the skirt. The seams are coming apart due to age. The Jacket is in great condition. Size of skirt is 27” on waist length 26”. Jacket is 19” pit to pit. Length 21”. Sleeves 17 1/2”. The jacket even has small weights sewn in on ea side to hold down!
