Custom made 2 piece plus size Ethnic Ensemble; African, Burmese, Cambodian?

I almost passed up this piece because it’s handmade. I’m glad I didn’t! When I began inspecting it, I realized that someone very, very skilled put a lot of love and effort into creating this dress. There is not a single unfinished seam, and the shaping in the bodice is very well done. Its really a work of art. It’s made for a bigger body, and beautifully constructed to fit and accentuate curves. It’s really very difficult to date a handmade piece. The asymmetrical neckline and the peplum waist feel like 80’s to me, but the colors are straight from the 70’s. However, some knowledgeable people I consulted suggested this is a newer contemporary ethnic outfit. Regardless of it’s age, this piece is incredibly beautiful and unique and in perfect condition. Also, I have looked with a magnifying glass and I cannot figure out how all those tiny little beads are attached. It’s not an appliqué, there are no stitches, nor is there any glue. I’m stumped. Bedazzler, perhaps? In order to honor that talented woman, I’m pricing it according to how many hours went into creating this masterpiece. I hope someone out there will find it worthy. Measurements (flat): Jacket W: 19 in. B: 40 + in. (measured pit to pit, but can accommodate several more inches in front) L: 42 in. Skirt: W: 15.5 in., 18 in. stretched H: 22 in. L: 42 in.
