Custom green orange ankara african print flare maxi dress

This is a Beautiful mermaid one of a kind Ankara maxi dress with knee length slit. It has flower appliques on the shoulder ruffle and chest. Model is modeling it as a USA size 10 but can be altered to fit a USA 12 if you prefer or smaller size too like a MEDIUM. Stat as seen is 41" 35" 46". Pls message for any info.
