Custom collar and Leash

Collar and Leash by Nearly Naked Neckwear. New. Great for sensitive skinned dogs (it is 100% cotton). Both are 3/4” wide. Leash is 6 feet, collar is quick release buckle and is for dogs with a 15” neck or smaller (this collar is great for medium sized growing puppies, small doodles, cocker spaniels, etc). Set retails for $42. Was a gift and much too small for my 70 pound retriever.
