This is a test pair to gauge for interest. These 1919 vintage Made in England boots were in very good condition when I found them, but the purple didn’t pop. I wanted to make them into attention grabbers, and I think they are now! With a thermal rub off turquoise finish and purple laces, they are LOUD! They’re so much fun to wear to a concert or club show, no need to worry about anyone stepping on your feet with these babies, and they give a little extra height with the 1 & 3/4 inch chunky soles. It took me about a year of research and trial before finding a way to do a rub off finish that looks factory made. Message me if you love these and must have a pair, or if you would be interested in another custom color combination. The price would depend on the cost and condition of the boots I’m starting with. If you want this particular pair, I’ll be wearing them so please ask for updated pictures first in case there are any new signs of wear. 🖤 Obnoxious DIY punk rock shit kickers acid trip trippy steel toe 10-holes #drmartensstyle

doggystylzby6 Dude, I don't know how you managed that. These are so incredibly unique as it is because one boot is double stitched and the other isn't. That's a trip. I have 2 pairs of double stitched Doc's that I never paid any attention to until I saw it mentioned with someone asking if their brand new steel toed oxblood 1980s in the box Doc's were real or fake bc of the double stitching. He paid like $50 for them. 😒

amybasil @doggystylzby6 Thank you! Part of the reason I was willing to take the risk with these was because they started off “imperfect”, or at least that’s how I found them. They are the same style, same size, a perfectly matching pair made around the same time (I think they have 95 or 96 stamped inside) but I’m guessing that they probably got matched up at a shoe store when people were trying them on, and that there is another pair out there - or there were in the 90s anyway- that is the opposite. 😆
