Hello, are the wheels chipped on the chrome finish or any discoloration ? Cant tell if that’s reflection or not . Also , smoke and pet free? Thank you.

@fourpaws1956 Thank you, also looking at the picture the left outer wheel well guard is chipped or torn away a bit in the vinyl/leather? Is it still holding well affixed to bottom of luggage ? It looks like it is still attached well with the missing piece. Please comment . Thank you .
