Rhinestones in the middle of the flowers. 2 layer belt of rhinestones and pearls Ruffles on the shoulders Pit to pit is 11 inches Shoulder to belt is 8.5 inches Skirt is approx 17 inches from below the belt This dress was worn once by my 3 1/2 year old daughter.
