heycayrae @cp3o3 the dress is a bit hard to measure as its mesh and open v neck- so it has give! I'm uploading some images of the measurements. But at the waist band its 12" across, Bust 14" across (again this stretches out once on the body, shoulders are approx 18" from shoulder pad to shoulder pad. Hope this helps!

heycayrae @cp3o3 yes there are cups in it already. My hips are 35.5” it’s a ball gown-Esque shape- so hard to measure as there are layers of fabric.

heycayrae @cp3o3 yes I do. The chest area was def big on me and I’m a big B small C! The cups could easily be swapped out too if needed but I do think it would fit perfectly fine.
